Performance:
The steel door frame and door panel are made by the compact production method and the surface is electrostatically sprayed. The product has no abutted seams, no welding spots, no dead angles and it is wholly flat and smooth, easy to be cleaned and free of dust accumulation, the door is made of high-grade rubber sealing strips on three sides, and the bottom is made of automatic lifting and sweeping strips, so it has strong air tightness and effectively ensures the indoor purification effect; the observation window is made of double-layer tempered glass, surrounded by two centimetres printing black edges (white edges), and the glass is flush with the surface of the door panel, that is, it is sealed, firm and beautiful; the thickness of the door panel is 40mm, 50mm, and the door core is filled with high-strength flame-retardant core material, which fully meets the fire prevention requirements of the purification workshop.
The wall suitable for installation of this door is 50mm-100mm hand-made color plate and various sizes of civil construction wall. The door frame and the wall are connected by central aluminum connectors, which is easy to operate, and the door frame is flush with both sides of the wall.
