SHP Modular Cleanroom Installation Underway in Romania

Suzhou Huajing Air-Condition Purification Engineering Installation Co., Ltd. (SHP), a professional cleanroom engineering contractor based in Suzhou, China, has commenced the on-site installation phase of a modular cleanroom project in Romania. Factory-prefabricated cleanroom panels bearing the "SHF Huajing Cleanroom" mark, together with aluminum framing and insulation systems, are now being assembled inside the client's industrial facility, marking steady progress toward the delivery of a fully controlled environment.

Factory-Prefabricated, Assembled on Site

The project follows SHP's modular construction approach: cleanroom wall and ceiling panels are manufactured and quality-inspected in SHP's own factory, then shipped to the project site for rapid assembly. On site, our engineers and local installation crews lay out the extruded aluminum floor tracks in a precise grid, erect the modular wall panels, and prepare insulation and service penetrations — the same standardized system SHP has delivered in more than 2,100 projects worldwide. This prefabrication model keeps on-site work fast, clean and predictable, and is especially suited to international projects where schedule and quality consistency matter most.

On-Site Works in Progress

The photos from the site show the early and mid stages of construction: modular wall panels stacked and staged inside the building shell, aluminum track systems laid out for the next wall lines, mobile scaffolding and panel suction lifters used to position the heavy panels precisely, and floor protection sheeting keeping the subfloor clean during installation. In parallel, ventilation ductwork is being fabricated and prepared for the cleanroom HVAC system, ensuring that air supply, filtration and exhaust are ready for commissioning once the room envelope is sealed.

What Comes Next: Sealing, Filtration and Validation

After the wall and ceiling envelope is completed, the next steps are FFU (Fan Filter Unit) and HEPA filter installation, cleanroom door and window fitting, sealing of all panel joints, and finally air cleanliness testing with particle counters to confirm the environment meets the required cleanliness grade — at which point the project will be handed over for operation.
