Suzhou Huajing Air-Condition Purification Engineering Installation Co., Ltd. (SHP) has delivered another high-grade cleanroom project as part of its global portfolio. From the coved floor junctions to the ceiling-mounted filtration units, every detail of the facility is engineered for one purpose: maintaining a stable, compliant controlled environment. This project showcase highlights the key features that make SHP-built cleanrooms trusted by pharmaceutical, electronics, food and other demanding industries.

A Shell Built for Cleanliness
The cleanroom envelope is constructed from SHP's modular sandwich panels — smooth, non-porous and easy to sanitize. Flooring uses seamless high-gloss epoxy with coved wall-floor junctions, eliminating the 90-degree corners where dust and microorganisms could collect. Ceiling panels are flush-mounted together with LED lighting to remove any dust-trapping ledges. The result is a room surface designed for easy cleaning and rigorous disinfection.

Air Filtration & Pressure Control
Cleanliness begins with air. Ceiling-mounted HEPA/ULPA filter outlets and FFU fan filter units deliver filtered, unidirectional airflow into the room, while floor-level return vents complete a controlled air circulation loop. Pressure gauges and indicator lights on interlocked doors help operators monitor the differential pressure between zones — a critical requirement in pharmaceutical cleanrooms to prevent cross-contamination.
People & Material Flow Control
Contamination control extends beyond surfaces and air. A blue tacky mat at the entrance captures particles from shoe soles, while interlocked doors with vision panels guide personnel through the correct entry sequence. For material transfer, a stainless steel pass-through chamber (pass box) with glass doors and interlock control allows goods to move between zones without breaking the cleanroom's pressure integrity. In production areas, a high-speed roll-up door with a transparent viewing panel and emergency stop keeps material flow fast and efficient while minimizing air exchange.
Built by a Trusted Cleanroom Partner
Behind every detail is more than 20 years of cleanroom engineering experience. Since 2003, SHP has completed more than 2,100 cleanroom projects across over 40 countries, serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food & beverage, cosmetics, electronics and hospital industries as a one-stop cleanroom factory — from modular panels, FFU units, air showers and pass boxes to complete turnkey engineering.
